between season storage of Bando

In looking ahead to the end of our season and our first off season, I am wondering about any special way to keep the bando happy while sitting all winter.  Ours will be sitting in an attached but unheated garage in New England.  Can anyone share thoughts on putting her to sleep safely?  Tire storage? Fuel additives? On stands? Etc....Thanks!! ,,
