Header Flange Leak

Downtown:
I noticed some exhaust leaking from the rear cylinder. When I looked at the header flange, it was pretty warped. I looked at some other headers I had and they were all pretty warped.

Are they all this way and is there a way to flatten them back out?

Any tips on getting the flange to seal?
