Engine Sputtering on top end

25Driver:
Our Bando has been sputtering on the top end.  I have swapped motors, plugs, checked and cleaned the carb, and drained and cleaned the fuel cell.  The fuel pump has been changed as well.  It will run fine up until about 5 laps into the race and then it starts.  Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on where to go from here?
