Front Bearing oil or grease

<< < (2/2)

Gimpster:
Whatever ya go with, make sure it is a high temp grease for disc brakes. I realize there are a ton of newbs out there that weren't around when regular wheel bearing grease was used back in the day before disc brakes existed.. if ya dig hard enough through the internet you might find a nifty front wheel bearing trick. I might have missed deleting that post along the way...

Mr Faster:
We use polished bearings from New England Gear Polishing. And Daylube grease.
Don't pack the bearings, just use injector to lube in between the rollers.

I've also used stock bearings and Microlon wheel bearing grease. But NEGP bearings work better.

Notraction:
Bought new England bears , a first not happy couldn't get bearing spacer correct( pdr spacer a must), then realized we had shiped a few steps, check spindle for damage, turns out bolt to spindle was not tight, c,heck all components, when ever front end lifted shake tire right to left, and up and down
