Fuel cell foam size and shape...

Figured it would be a good time to replace the foam in my fuel cell,  what size sticks and how much is needed for these cells? I have the black plastic type cell.

I trolled the old threads but couldn't find an answer, any help would be appreciated.

do you have the jaz or fuel safe cell? the jaz has the larger red cap, the fuel safe has the smaller metal cap? If you have the jaz, it takes 3 pieces of foam. I am not sure the size, I buy them pre-cut. For the fuel safe I believe it is 3 pieces as well, but not positive.
