spark plugs

What is the best plug that you can get and where? I haven't changed them in a while and I think it;s about time. Thanks Scott

I run these and change them after 4 or 5 races, see what they look like ....NGK JR9C

I have heard good things about those NGKs from both Legends And Dwarf Car folks.
