I have now taught myself how to ban users, IP addresses, etc.
Don't know if Steve or Tom approve, but I will apply my new found power liberally until told not to.
I just banned someone before they got to make their first post.

Jim and I are doing the best we can. Because I have more access to certain parts of the site, I usually take on this task.
