Your % front/rear and % left/right look similar to my car.
Your "cross weight" is only 46.7% meaning your left rear and right front are a bit on the low side. Much controversy on the "correct" cross weight %, but most guys seem to be around 48-49% on the low side, and 51-53% on the high side.
Too low a Cross will make the car loose coming off the corner, particularly if you are running 1" or more of tire stagger.
Stagger and Cross work opposite of one another--more stagger=loose; more cross=tight.
My advice is to setup for each track what best suits your driving style. Guys that charge the corner high are likely to like the lower range of cross. Guys that enter low and try to get on the gas early are likely to like the higher range of cross. At least IMHO.
Increase the weight on the left rear by adjusting the spring perch.
