What model car is yours?
If it isn't fun, why are you doing it?

So I guess if they were to weigh the car after a dirt race, it'd be much heavier...  That mud can really pack in there.

It'd be interesting to see what it does weigh in the end.

Mike

If the Pam thing doesn't work, Mike, it might weigh as much as the late models from what I saw at the track yesterday.  :D

Hey 6th gear, smile...  Your 34 ford coupe is the lightest reported so far, and 3rd lightest of all cars posted so far.   :)

ya but nobody has challanged the 1105 yet.  I was speaking with a dealer the other day who gave me the low down on some of these cars.  The new ones he said are light, very light.  Also, Mike we were lucky and got some made in 98 which were also very light.  The car tim runs is an original car which was not made by 600 but some guy who made the chassis for them.  I wonder if it meets the upgrade chassis rule?

Interesting.  So why is my car 60 lbs more than yours?  Got to get my car on your scales.  See just how much mine weighs compared to yours on the same set of scales.

Tim's car...  It's fast, that's all I know.

Hi Mike,

I smile every time i'm in, around, talking or anything that has to do with my car. And thanks, it is good to know my car is not a tank compared to you guys across the country and you guys north of the border.

I am installing a fire bottle this weekend. so I will have another 8-10 lbs. added this year. It's a must for me now after the scare we had last month here in Cali with one of our drivers getting burned pretty bad.

Keep these types of threads going! this forum is GREAT! Nothing else like it for Legend Drivers.

Thanks,

Josh Geer

So any time you want to win, come racing up here.  Just make sure Ricky Bobby has been sabotaged first since his car is light enough that he can be a nice round 200 lbs, and still get his car weighing 1300...  Otherwise,  yours will fly!

Hi Josh,
Be sure to post some pics of your fire bottle install.
Or better yet; A pictoral "How To" in the thread about fire systems.

Thanks!

Um...  You did look real snazzy in that fine suit, but now that you've got the girl it's time to pack it on brother!  I need someone in my weight class to compete against!

She'll still love you...    Honest!

Now how about some nice fattening pasta?  A little creamy sauce on that?  Maybe a five cheese fettucini?  Come on over for supper, we'll help you get that nice stout figure back!
