Head stud pulled threads in block help

Any help on fixing this problem would be great. Can you re-tap and thread lock this. (sealed motor btw). What is the thread pitch? Is there a tool that would allow me to heli-coil it? All without taking the head off.

You have to take the head and jugs off to fix right, sry
