New Bell Crank assy from USLC
« on: May 08, 2013, 09:18:35 am »
Hey guys,

Anyone running one of the new Bell crank assy's on their car?  Ive heard its let play in the shifter linkage due to being 3 times thicker then the old one. Ive also heard from someone say that they wear out quicker on the stud hole.

    Thoughts?

Thanks,

Eric

Are you talking about the one listed on eBay?
It is not INEX legal.
Would it help with slop in the shifting linkage? Yes.

The upgraded USLC bell crank is an improvement over the old, it will work fine. The  ebay unit is a nice aluminum piece, problem is it contains a bearing and that is not legal

Yes, the ugraded one from USLC is the one I am refering too.

Its to bad the bearing one isnt legal, niece piece, had one in my car when I bought it. I changed it (to be legal) to the  stock thin plate. I think Im going to upgrade to the thicker plate.
