I use a digital angle finder called a "Smart Tool" to set my caster and camber. I get my camber figure off the back of the brake rotor, and I get my caster reading off the front flat section of the spindle. You have to subtract the reading you get from 90° to get your setting. But it is accurate to a tenth of a degree. Most of the adjustments move 2 tenths of a degree for each half of a turn on one end of the A arm adjustment rods.
Remember, always set caster, then camber, then toe.
