I know you said it was significant, but about how much did your oil temp drop when you switched to the hank scott system.

Instead of coming in after a 15-20 feature at 320-340°F, temps were often between 275-300°F after feature.  Just my experience and keep in mind this may vary with ambient temp conditions at time of race.
