ROLL BAR PADDING

i am updating my car......is there a rule on rollbar padding thickness  http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LNG-65169/    is this the right stuff?

Doug if you are looking to be us legends legal, here is the rule book.
as far as roll bar padding it has to be sfi labeled and fire retardent.

i took all the old roll bar paddding out of my car today and was installing the new sfi rated pads.......the center bars above your head (halo) are smaller  than the out side main cage bars......do i use the same size padding or is there smaller size...thanks

To the best of my knowledge there is only one size. I dont pull the tape backing off, and zip tie it to the chassis. That way you dont need to buy new stuff every year after teardown
