Springs + Tire pressure on a banked track

Was wondering if anyone has a good suggestions for a spring set-up on a coupe and tire pressure for these Federals  for a banked 1/4 mile track, asphalt track .

You welcome guys!  I know accurate information is hard to get, everyone throws a "well I would" at you at the track, and that just makes it worse. Glad to help and I hope it makes you faster.
