Randy, when you set tune the carbs for different conditions with the jets, how do you know which jets for which conditions?  I think that is what would really get to the root of my question.

Dennis, I am traveling up to Barberton and lake Erie next weekend to try out some different tracks, I will try and find you and maybe we can talk more then.  By the way, is it the 4.10 gear at Barberton and the 3.58 at lake Erie or is there a better gear for each track?  Thanks!

I don't think it is a question of who's carb kit. I think it is more about updating an engine that was not designed for this application. I am sure that Hank Scott kit would do well also. He has put a lot of time and research into his program.

The 4:10 at both tracks is the better choice.
