Thanks for the input guys. I beilive I have a size 17 seat. Yes the steering wheel is as high as it will go and I have removed the nut between the steering colum (chassis) and the heim. I dont consider the steering wheel very close either and I dont want it any further away from me than it is. Aside from this issue, Im comfortable in the car.
I think trimming the area would work I just wasnt sure if this was common practice and the thought of cutting the seat is a little uneasy with me. The edge of the seat is also curled to there is not sharp edges, I would have to figure somthing out there also.
Yeah Dan, Ive sat in Matt's car. He's got a Lojoie seat, realy nice. I just cant fit the bill to buy one of those on my budget.
