roll bar padding

so i need to order roll bar padding and i think that i need about 13 feet. is that right we have a chevy coupe. thanks cody

That sounds like alot, but check with your tracks tech inspector.
We just need it anywhere within a foot of the drivers head here

for a coupe, you will need 3 sticks (9 feet). Make sure it is the SFI rated, not the foam stuff. The foam is not legal, and most definitely, not safe.

Make sure it's actually the SFI rated stuff.
There are companies selling the high density padding that looks just like the SFI padding, but without the SFI logo, you're illegal

Does that stuff have an expiration date? Should it be changed every so often?

I do not believe it has an expiration date stamped into it, at least not one that I can see here.

has any one ever used the BSCI padding what do you think and does it have the sfi rating maket on it
