red lamp on the dash

What exactly dose this lamp indicate?, Asked 3 different people at the track this weekend got 3 different answers.
one said low oil pressure,next said oil pump starvation, and another said red line indicator
 i'm new to legends, my son will start racing them this year. just moved up from bandoleros

Low oil level.
Will most likely come on under race conditions when in a right hand turn, as the oil is pulled away from the sender on the left side of the pan

Red means DANGER. We have some discussions on this one before.

I agree, also see if the light is really attached to anything. 9 out of 10 times they go nowhere.

It is wired to the oil pan level indicator. It does not indicate oil pressure in any form. Also, the level of the sensor is placed higher then the pickup screen, so just because the light is on does not means the oil pump P/U is not in the oil.

We have disconnected our red lights long ago as it was designed for the bike, not the car.
