Let me know how those pads work out from Summit. A couple years ago the pads were available on the open market then the went away. USLC was the only place I could find them, believe me I looked! Make sure they have no divide in the middle, also make sure you DO NOT get the organic pads, usually an 087 number. Let me know please!

They WILL not work,  I put a set on by mistake and 10 laps in they were gone. You could try them, they were worthless for me.  Please let me know, thanks.

Thanks Dennis. I did put a set on but we run on a track that you use very little brakes, SO I was thinking (and this where I get in trouble most times) that a soft pad to help. I do have some semi Matalic pads and might just have to put them on but for now I'm going to give them a try. Thanks again for the heads up.

I now have 14 sets of these in stock.
They are not organic, and they do not have the divide in the middle.

Are they new Brake man calipers you just bought? If not, they do recommend new seals every year as a maintenance item

Gimp I agree, the caliper is not the problem, it sounds like a master problem and or maybe a pad is not staying in place. When you bleed and bleed and bleed and never get brake, it is usually because a pad is out of the bracket. happens all the time!  I do my own calipers and have sold plenty, your issue is not a caliper issue.

Vince,

The folks here on the forum are trying to give you thoughts, ideas and experience. Take it for what you will.
Grease around the threads of brake lines or any other line that could leak, be it air or anything else, is not a cure all.
You might want to actually go back and look things over. What's it going to hurt?

Be Polite Folks.

I really think you may have had a pad out, when you replaced the caliper it was put back in place.

What Dennis is talking about happens a lot. It happened to me this year and that wasn't the first time. I looked and knew better but it still bit me. Check the pads really close. Just saying.
