Saw the posts on facebook after I posted the above reply. What's the deal with this car... Other than cool paint?
Perhaps John... If indeed it is a Missouri based car.
BTW... Tom Cole of ARC Racing is the site owner. I just spend most of my life here.  lol!!!

I really don't know why Jason is looking for the owner of that car.  I kind of took it on as a challenge to find info and am still stumped
myself I don't see nothing special about the paint job... just me though
