It appears that Circle Racing Wheels are legal for the upcoming season according to a post on LN.

I received the following Email from Scott Reinhardt back in November about the "wheel rule."

Randy,

That up-date got pushed off (again). The wheel rule for 2011 will stay the same as is was in 2010.

So with that said, any wheel conforming to the specifications in the rulebook in regards to offset, width and weight will be allowed for use at INEX events.

I do remember randy posting that before. However, the circle site says something to the effect of" legal legends wheels for 2011 and beyond" So that considered I have no idea what to think of this whole deal lol.
