Looks like a midget/dwarf in-breeding piece of sh!t.
This better not catch on, Im not buying new "Legends"cars just so they can make some bucks when what I have is fine, I'll just move to a different class if I have to buy a different car.
Stupid move

If you're already racing Legends on dirt, why would you take the chance of selling your car and buy this?  Unless they offer some kind of trade in program for current Legends owners who want to switch to this series, who can afford to buy one not knowing if anyone else is going to get involved?

 I'm not interested in them.

What happened to USLC being nostalgic ?

This to me is a morphodite... doesn't resemble an older series of racing at all !!

We be fine with a good dirt tire and some better nerfs/bumbers or let us peel off the fenders on our existing cars if need be for dirt

Oh but wait... this thing gets produced our current chassis will not be legal for dirt anymore !

From what i'm reading this is just going to be a separate series (legends, thunder roadsters, bandoleros, and then this chassis??) or do they plan on phasing out the current car...? I guess not enough info released yet..

Copy of a post on dirt tires from Yahoo Groops Legends Cars (not me posting it on there)

"No one in the Northeast is running Federals on dirt. From what I have been told
that you can not longer purchase BFG tires for asphalt. US Legends has scribed
the letter "D" into the sidewalls for just that reason. Another thing is once
the BFG's are gone they have discussed several options for a dirt tire, one may
be a Federal tire but with a tread pattern like the BFG's so you will have a
tire specifically for asphalt and another for dirt.

Also, I just heard word that Smith and Everham designed a new Legends chassis
just for dirt. You will not be able to use this chassis on asphalt, and you wont
be able to use the current legends chassis on dirt. They are going to release it
on Legendsnation.com."

Gimpster it actually greatly resembles the Don Edmunds dirt super modified ran in the 60's.  I'll post a link when I get home

From what i have read this is a seperate division and everham is making his own rulebook and rules.. If they replace dirt for 600 with these cars... I can tell you all of the Guys in the northeast won't buy them.. At least i know i won't ... There just hurting this sport if they make us do this...

People race Legends alot for the way they look. You want to run a dirt only type race car you have a Dwarf, Mod lite, micro / mini sprint not this.  But IF this THING runs with the reg "legends" cars and works better and is faster than you WILL see people buy them

I just don't see them making all Legends dirt racers lose their rides..... Hope it works for them.

Is that the dirt mod that is a cross between a sprint car and a late model ?
Center driver with wedge designed outer body panels ?

As we were discussing the topic on the way home from a WoO show last night, that is the style body/chassis I suggested during conversation
Funny how I log on this morning and a new chassis is the new topic for USLC on dirt
