As I don't have TV, I followed along on the LegendsNation live coverage. The unofficial results are courtesy of the LN site and LegendScene site.
My Thanks to Jason Stix Buckley, Tracy Chirico and the whole gang for their coverage!!! Very nice work!

I had my doubts about running this race on a flat 1/4 mile track, but it was a pretty good race.  Hope this gets some good publicity for Legends racing.

Seems like there was a wreck, or some caution, every other lap. The crash fans should have loved it!
The exciting part for me, was after seeing Doug Stevens lead a ton of laps, to have Doug Hemric pull away after he finally got past Stevens.
I thought that Geoff Bodine would shake things up when I first heard he was entering the race. Never happened.

I do hope that the legends cars got some good public oppinion from this race. Unfortunately, the racing news on my computer had no mention of the race.
Drag racing, Indy cars, F1 and NASCAR  grabbed all the headlines. Too bad... I think they missed a good race!!!

I have to again THANK  Tracy, Jason and all the LN/LS gang for allowing me to experience the race.

I did not think there was too many yellows, heck was surprised that most drove clean.  The shootout has way more pushing and crashing than this did.  The thing I thought was dumb was that in a 3 hour long show they did not give a few minutes to show a Legends and Bando with the body off.  This would give them a chance to show the way the cars are built and how safe that are to the avg. guy at home think out getting a car or one for a kid. USLC missed a chance to recruit new blood into the sport not just talk to people who have cars.

It was talked about on The Speed Report and Wind Tunnel last night

As I don't have TV, I'm sure that I missed a lot of the finer points of the races. It's hard to get a good idea of how the race is going when all you can do is read words. LN has some pics posted, but it isn't quite like getting to "see" the race.

Perhaps USLC had their hands full putting on this inaugural race. I am hopeful that if they continue to do The Million in the future that they will work on promoting the legends and bando cars.

I thought that David ragin would run faster and challenge for the win but that never happened.    They should have done the body thing that would have been cool. That would help more people like you said see how safe they are. The track was so wet for the young lion division every lap there was a car in the grass.

Jason got the shaft on that deal. He raced that guy clean for many laps and never touched him. All I can say is Jason is the MAN. He did a great job and glad you guys had a good weekend. OH, the racing was way cleaner than I was expecting. I figured that the tow truck would get more TV time than anyone else.

Rob's sons were there also. Robert had some trouble in the heats but finished 6th in the B Main. One spot short of the transfer.
John did well in the Bando finishing 3rd in points for the 3 days.
They will both be running in the shootout this weekend.
