Hello, I'm Richie.  My son Ricky and I recently acquired a 34 ford sedan that he will be driving at Wall Stadium in NJ. We've been going to Wall for quite some time now and when Ricky got old enough to drive here we built a factory stock. He raced and won in it for a couple years and then we built a street stock. We sold the street stock and got the legend for the coming season. We might also travel to a couple other asphalt tracks here on the east coast. I'm sure we are going to have some questions about parts / setups etc. I've been reading some of the posts and it seems people on here are very helpful .         Thanks , Richie           MERRY CHRISTMAS

Hey guys I am new to the sight ,and to legends. Just picked up a car from Steve Dawson from ky.
the car will now be raced at rockford/madison.

Go through the old posts, and dont be afraid to ask any questions. You gotta come run in the dirt though at least once, Beaver Dam is only an hour from Madison, and gets twice the car count

Hey Jim, i dont know if im ready yet. Havent got the car outta the trailer but im sanding the body right now. I'll probably get the car out this weekend. Yea hopefully it doesnt snow alot though, i was hoping things would start drying out. Are you ready?

Finally tore my car down this week. Chassis are prepped and ready to paint this weekend, then they're going back together sometime before May 8th...I hope!

I have been racing for the past 20 years... I started down in the San Jose area in the 80's (foreign stocks, dirt late models and sprints 100s), then moved to Portland OR in the 90's and raced late models at the Portland Speedway (with the infamous Biffleberry ) A few years ago I ran a dirt sportsman, sold it & bought a midget...
