if a driver is small than you and both cars are set up the same will a smaller driver have a advantage over a heavier driver

possibly on the speed side of things but he handling may be worse. The reason is the driver is on the left side of the car (more or less). The smaller driver may have a lower left side percentage which could make the car not handle as well. Now if the smaller driver has to use lead to get the car to make weight than the advantage goes back to the smaller driver. That lead can be placed and used for handling.

The advantage to alighter driver would be he can put the weight where he wants it, a heavier driver cant add alot of lead, he could exceed the allowed left side weight rule.
